A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – It may sound like clickbait, but true.

If I were God, I would insure I had a personal relationship with all of humanity so all would go to Heaven at the end of their life on earth. Perhaps I never would have allowed sin to enter mankind in the first place. Or, being the supreme creator of the universe, I would ensure everyone came to faith from the sacrificial death of my Son.

As a Christian, knowing the truth that there is a narrow path to Heaven and a broad road to Hell (Matt. 7:13-14), how helpful would Universalism (details here) be for sharing the Good News? However, the fact is that I don’t have God’s perspective (omniscience). I don’t understand what He knows and understands.

So, instead, I have to accept by faith the truth that He loves mankind and desires all to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4), while, at the same time, having the power and authority to perfect His will (Job 42:2). We have a choice, to trust or to trash… God. Regardless of how we feel about how fair or unfair the Lord may seem, nothing will change our eternal destination other than our acceptance or rejection of His Son.
