Providing straightforward analysis on the intersection of contemporary issues and theology, based on a Biblical Christian Worldview.

“Christmas is not simply about a birth but about a coming.”

Quote Source – Tim Keller

A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – How many of your friends and family see Christmas myopically as simply the birth of Jesus? How many more view the season as a secular holiday focused on gifts, food, and a few days off from work? Finally, how many billions don’t even recognize the day as anything special or have little concept of the true meaning of the birth of the Savior of the world?

All the theologians in the world can neither defend nor explain God’s reason for limiting His touch on humanity when one accepts the Lord as being omnipotent. Concepts like free will and predestination as the basis for who is saved can be argued indefinitely by the wisdom of man. But, in the end, faith wins out over human facts and explanations. Faith comes from the heart, not the sin-cursed mind.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. - Hebrews 11:1

Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. He rose again as a promise that we will all rise again, some to eternal life in Heaven and some to damnation in Hell. To know Him is to trust Him that all will be revealed and understood on the other side of the grave. Salvation is not just about the birth; it’s about the return, and no one will be left out at the end of time.

And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. - Daniel 12:2
