Providing insight on the intersection of contemporary issues and theology, based on a Biblical Christian Worldview.

“Being a Preacher can be a blessing or a curse.”

God is a jealous and righteous God when it comes to false teachers.

God is a jealous and righteous God when it comes to false teachers.

Quote Source – Jeff Hilles

A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – Be careful what you say to your followers, as 2 Peter 2:1-22 is applied directly to those who teach God’s word as…

Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness. - James 3:1

For it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them. - 2 Peter 2:21

Being a pastor can be an amazing and rewarding experience, but only if one teaches what is presented in God’s Word. If preachers focus on what they “feel” or believe as tradition, which is apart from God’s Word, teaching false doctrine is a curse, both on speaker and the listener.
