A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – When God tells us in Scripture to “love our neighbor as ourselves” we recognize our next-door neighbor may not be easy to love. In the broader context, our “worldly” neighbor was the real point God was making. For many, love is not a natural response to those we don’t like, to those who offend us, reject us, challenge us, and perhaps even say they hate us. Love is a decision more than a mutual feeling toward others.
