“When I listen to God’s nudges, He moves more often.”

God touches us when we are close to Him.

With a Subtitle: God touches us when we are close to Him.

A brief Excerpt: Some seasons God feels close, others distant. The difference is rarely His movement and almost always ours. Draw near, listen for His nudges, and watch Him work.

A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – There are periods in our lives when we “feel” the Lord more than at other times. There are at least two reasons this happens. First, it could be that we are heading toward, or in the middle of, a dangerous place in our lives that God is trying to help us avoid. Second, it is when we are more actively engaged with God in our day-to-day lives. It is important to remember that “He will never leave us nor forsake us” (Hebrews 13:5). So, the “nudges” from the Lord come from our willingness and/or need to hear from Him rather than His movement toward or away from us.
