Friday’s Words of Wisdom from the Babylon Bee – Regardless of how one feels about the DOGE request to “list five things you did last week,” as Biblical Christians we cannot argue with the fact that, though our salvation is a gift from God (Ephesians 2:8-9), we should be able to list things that we did last week for the Kingdom.

James 2:14,17 – What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him?… So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

The Lord gives us divine appointments every day, at work, at home, at school, with our friends and family, etc. We just need to be looking for those opportunities rather than hiding from them.

1 Peter 3:15 – But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect.
