“The enemy hates saved pastors but often supports lost pastors.”

If you are a church attender, which type of pastor and staff is teaching you and your children?

A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – One of the most shocking things one learns as a new Christian is that there are pastors, elders, and teachers who are lost. Most baby Christians assume that anyone who’s job it is to study and present God’s word would be godly. But then there are False Teachers…

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 – For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

A mature Christian recently wrote, “What I am learning, though, as a pastor’s wife, is that it takes a true relationship with the Almighty, to survive as a pastor. The enemy hates God’s pastors and isn’t shy about it.”

The extraordinary challenges of a Biblical Christian pastor is to be expected. Evil hates the light of God’s truth and tries to falsify it while trying to destroy those who stand for the Lord. But, what is also true is that those who lead churches and ministries that don’t offer the love and righteousness of God (salvation), but instead offer only the love of mankind (love of thy neighbor), are of great value to Satan.

The evil one is willing to support, or at least ignore those who only promote a temporal love of our fellow man, as long as he receives their graduates into his kingdom rather than Heaven. Salvation (eternity in Heaven) does not come from “loving thy neighbor” as so many believe. The love of our fellow man is critical to the Christian life. However, the love of Christ as both our Lord and Savior is what puts us at the feet of Jesus, now and for eternity.
