A Biblical Christian worldview perspective — How can we expect our young ones to adopt a view of God as Lord and Savior if we don’t take every opportunity to share what we believe? If we don’t pray with them, read the Bible to them, establish the importance of fellowship at church, and stand for Godly principles of behavior based on Scripture, why would we expect them to absorb those attributes by osmosis?
Proverbs 22:6 — Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
This proverb was directed at parents, not pastors.
