Spiritual maturity is marked by being comfortable with the unpredictability of God.

Man does not have the mental capacity to fully understand God.

God's ways look unpredictable only because human understanding is so narrow. Learning to trust Him anyway, in every circumstance, is the clearest mark of a maturing faith.

A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – it all comes down to faith. Trusting God in all things is the most comfortable place one can reside. God is omniscient (all-knowing) whereas mankind is not. So God sees our past, present, and future with perfect clarity. Accepting what appears to be His unpredictability in the face of our narrow perception of reality is a sign of spiritual maturity.
