“Share the gospel and dust off your feet… at the same time?”

A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – It is difficult to try to convince anyone about the supernatural if it is not a divine appointment. Christians should be compelled to “share the Gospel” with a lost and dying world.

And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. - Mark 16:15

However the Bible also warns the believer not to waste their time…

And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town. - Matthew 10:14
“Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you. - Matthew 7:6

God must be in the middle of the conversation before it is worth having. Nevertheless, since we cannot always detect God’s presence, we need to be ready at all times…

But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, - 1 Peter 3:15
