A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – As Christians, God has provided us with an instruction manual for life, the Bible. if free will did not exist there would be no need for all the wisdom God offers from His word. However, it is also true that mankind’s thoughts and actions are clouded with the presence of sin. Evil emanates from fallen angels bound to separate mankind from God. It also comes directly from the heart of humanity itself. God, in His wisdom, righteousness and judgement chooses to allow sin just as He chooses to allow us the free will to give in to it or reject it. The sad reality is that because our faith is so weak, even mature believers often give in to the temptation of sin in all its many forms.
