Providing straightforward analysis on the intersection of contemporary issues and theology, based on a Biblical Christian Worldview.

Christian Salvation is not for Everyone

We all have choices in life as we approach death.

The traditional view is that God loves mankind and desires for all to come to a saving faith in Him.

This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. - 1 Timothy 2:3-4

Of course Scripture also makes the point that those who actually find God, through the saving grace of Jesus Christ, are sadly very few.

“Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few. - Matthew 7:13-14

One can spend a lifetime trying to reconcile these two truths into a coherent theological worldview or accept them by faith and accept Jesus as both Savior and Lord.

Romans 10:9 - If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Or one can reject it all as folly. The choice is yours, as are the consequences.
