A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – Each of us develops a worldview as we mature in life. Pride encourages us to put our own opinions and desires above all else. Part of that process for Christians is to twist God’s theology as found in His Word to fit our own ambitions and beliefs. We can ignore or twist verses that suggest the Lord differs from what we desire as a lifestyle. And, we are often chameleons, incorporating, or at least silently tolerating our peers moral relativism in order to fit in. Biblical Christians (1) are to be loving and gracious to those who reject the principles of God. However (2) we must also hold ourselves firm to the unchanging commands of the Creator of the universe. Not an easy task, but essential in a darkening world.
