Providing insight on the intersection of contemporary issues and theology, based on a Biblical Christian Worldview.

“God is interested in the work in us rather than the work through us.”

Spend time in prayer, worship, and fellowship with your Savior and Lord.

Spend time in prayer, worship, and fellowship with your Savior and Lord.

Quote Source – Jarrod Scott

A Biblical Christian worldview perspective – We can get so focused on “doing God’s work” that we forget that He doesn’t need our efforts, He wants our fellowship. God is all-knowing and all-powerful and therefore can accomplish His will in any way He wishes. The Lord does allow us to become involved in ministry but sanctification, or “growing in divine grace as a result of Christian commitment” (Webster), is His true desire.

1 John 1:3b – You too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.
