Why are there no WiFi signals in hell?

Because there’s no connection to the Lord!

Theology on the Lighter Side – Why are there no WiFi signals in hell? – Because there’s no connection to the Lord!

2 Thessalonians 1:8-9 - ... in flaming fire, inflicting vengeance on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might,

Hell is a place that is apart from God, whereas Heaven is a place with God.

Matthew 25:46 - And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.

Biblical Christians are chastised as being narrow-minded bigots, promoting an angry, vengeful God rather than a “loving one’s neighbor” version of Jesus Christ. However, the truth is that we are only offering what is clear in Scripture … there are only two outcomes on the other side of the grave: Heaven or Hell. And further, if one accepts the Bible as truth from the Creator of the universe, the path to Heaven is narrow, and the road to Hell is broad (Matthew 7:13-14). These are words written in the text, not the vengeful imagination of born-again believers.

Revelation 21:8 - But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.

To be “faithless” is to reject Jesus as both Savior and Lord. If the Bible is God’s inerrant love letter to mankind, offering a way out from our wicked behavior, the solution is clear (Romans 10:9). If the Bible was a creation of mankind, full of our flaws and weaknesses, it should be rejected. Each of us, while alive, must make that determination, and to avoid the question is an automatic default to rejection.
