Of course the joke, as it is written, is not theologically sound in the sense that in Heaven, Christians will not need a grace period, because there will be no sin.
Revelation 21:27 - But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
However, as we live our lives out on Earth, God has granted us His unlimited grace through the death of His Son on the cross as a sacrifice for our past, present, and future sins.
Romans 5:8 - God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
