Theology on the Lighter Side – What did Daniel tell his real estate agent? “I’d prefer a house with no den.”

The story of Daniel and the Lion’s Den… a classic from Daniel chapter 6.

What would you be willing to die for? Your family, your country, your church, subway riders’ safety? Where would you draw the line? What about your faith when called to publicly reject the God of the Bible or be beheaded? Some of us will have to make these decisions during the course of our lives, whereas most will not be confronted with such a significant consequence.

But what about eternity… in Heaven or Hell? Is saving faith worth living for? Is it worth dying to self for? Or are you so sure that “all is well with your soul”, that it’s not worth wasting time thinking about?
