Why would anyone want to go back to who they were before Jesus saved them from their desperate situations?
Was His love for you any different now than it was then? Is your desperation worse now than then? Why now do you think Jesus is incapable of helping you? Is He weaker now than then?
What exactly are you running from? Was His Love conditional, or was yours?
We are the New Creation and have been made new. We are a different person than before. You can’t spiritually undo what God has done. That old man/woman is gone. Those people are dead and buried spiritually.
That Bridge is gone forever. You can’t give back the gift He gave you, bought with Jesus’ blood.
