Words of Wisdom from the Babylon Bee – Should putting one’s kids in a Christian environment at home, church, and even school be considered brainwashing? Are kids being pressured to conform to parental standards in order to seek approval during a stage in their development when they are most vulnerable?
Perhaps those are the wrong questions, since the answer is essentially yes.
The better question to ask is, is your worldview important enough to desire to pass it onto the next generation? Is it worth the investment in time and attention to pray regularly, have family devotions, go to church, set moral standards for your kids, and foster an outside environment that supports your values vs. those of a deteriorating culture?
